Ultra-Spill Pallet Economy Models are designed to meet budget constraints for spill containment products.
Quality spill containment need not be costly. The Ultra-Spill Pallet – Economy Model is crafted to meet spill containment regulations affordably. By utilizing recycled resin, we can produce these spill pallets more cost-effectively and pass the savings on to our customers. Available in two models, they can accommodate a maximum of 2 or 4 drums. A drain option simplifies the removal of any spilled contents.
When storing 55-gallon drums or other containers of hazardous material on our pallet, you can be confident that any incidental leaks, drips, or spills will be captured in the 66-gallon sump. The all-polyethylene 2′ x 4′ grating keeps drums elevated above spills and is easily removable for cleanup. Both models can be effortlessly moved, relocated, or transported with a pallet jack or forklift. For the 4-drum model, an optional ramp is available to facilitate easier loading, unloading, and drum handling.
The innovative “Cross of Life” design helps maintain the pallet’s structural integrity under heavy loads over time. As more weight is applied to the top, this design pulls the all-polyethylene sides inward toward the center, preventing them from sagging outward.
