Extra-durable spill decks are designed to contain spills from heavy equipment, machinery, and batteries. Typically, our standard spill decks and spill deck bladder systems can support the weight of loaded drums or containers. For instance, a 55-gallon drum of hydraulic oil, which weighs about 425 lbs, can be accommodated by our 1-drum spill deck rated for 1,500 lbs. However, when greater weight capacity is required, the Ultra-Spill Deck Plus Models are an ideal choice, supporting up to 10,000 lbs per square foot. These models feature the same connectivity through bulkhead fittings and shared spill containment capabilities as our regular decks, but offer the advantages of a slightly lower profile at 4.25 inches and a considerably higher weight capacity.
