Ultra-Spill Deck – Flexible Model

Low-profile, cost-effective spill containment solutions help meet regulations while occupying minimal storage and shipping space. Traditional spill containment solutions are often large and bulky due to their need to accommodate a 55-gallon drum and comply with EPA regulations. However, this size can pose challenges for shipping and storage.

To address this, we’ve developed a flexible alternative to our popular Ultra-Spill Decks. By replacing the rigid polyethylene (LLDPE) sump with a durable PVC fabric, we’ve significantly reduced the size of the unassembled unit, making it easier and more affordable to store and transport.

Once assembled, the Ultra-Spill Deck Flexible Models function just like the standard, hard-walled versions. Simply place your 55-gallon drums on the grating, and if there is a leak, the PVC sump will capture it effectively.

Product Highlights

Operates like other spill decks/platforms but can be disassembled into smaller parts when not in use, saving storage space and reducing shipping costs.

The outer yellow sump is made from robust, 18 oz. PVC material, which can be easily folded or rolled for convenient storage.

Capture incidental spills and leaks within the sump; in case of a major spill, the bladder automatically deploys for an additional 66 gallons of capacity (included with the spill deck bladder system model).

Easily remove polyethylene grating for quick clean-up.
