Prevent costly and dangerous loading dock accidents with the Loading Dock Light Kit (LDLK). This innovative system activates instantly when a tractor-trailer locks onto the dock, providing clear visual cues for both drivers and warehouse personnel. Outside, flashing red LEDs signal to the driver that it’s unsafe to depart. Inside, green LEDs illuminate, indicating to forklift operators that they can safely enter the restrained truck. The LDLK goes beyond basic status, providing crucial alerts: if the dock door begins to creep down while the truck is locked, the LEDs flash red, warning of potential collisions. Additionally, if the truck restraint enters a lock-fail state due to a malfunctioning lock-bar, amber LEDs flash, prompting manual wheel chocking and preventing hazardous situations.
