Air-Powered Dock Leveler Performance
Our air-powered dock leveler system operates with a single push-button control station, so operators don’t need to bend, pull, or manually lift components. A blower motor inflates a two-stage airbag using high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) air. When the button is released, the airbag deflates and the dock leveler platform settles smoothly onto the trailer bed for secure loading.
Because the system uses air rather than oil-based hydraulics, DockStar air-powered dock levelers provide an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional hydraulic dock levelers—while still delivering dependable performance for busy docks.

Easy to Operate
