DockStar Industrial supported Kroger’s evaluation of vehicle restraint solutions by developing a cost-conscious, scalable package that prioritizes loading dock safety and system interconnectivity. The project focused on aligning restraint selection with integrated controls and clear driver communication (traffic lights/signage), while planning for interlocks and site-specific integration needs to support a repeatable approach across distribution facilities.

DockStar Industrial supported a manufacturing facility in Paw Paw, MI with a loading dock upgrade focused on reliability, safety, and long-term performance. The project included the supply and installation of three pit-mounted hydraulic dock levelers and a pit rehabilitation change order to correct existing conditions and ensure a proper installation foundation. The project was managed end-to-end by Cody Harris, Northeastern Regional Account Manager, who guided the customer from the initial walkthrough through coordination with DockStar’s Road Crew (nationwide installation team) for execution and closeout.

DockStar Industrial is currently working with a commercial construction team on a dock door upgrade project at an industrial facility in Huntersville, North Carolina. The project centers around replacing aging dock doors and track systems with new, properly sized sectional doors designed to support daily warehouse and distribution activity.

A North Carolina manufacturing facility partnered with DockStar Industrial to improve dock safety and performance through a phased upgrade approach. Led by sales representative Dan Matz, the project focused on replacing worn dock seals and adding interlock wheel chock restraint systems to create a safer, more reliable loading dock operation, without disrupting daily shipping. The result is a smarter dock setup built to grow with the facility over time.

A major confectionery manufacturer in Cleveland, TN partnered with DockStar (sales rep Dan Matz) to create a custom ZonePro mounted safety barrier to block forklift traffic and clearly mark an authorized-personnel-only area. With full-color, on-brand graphics—including a safety-equipped candy character and a TWIX bar—our team delivered a high-visibility solution that improves compliance, strengthens safety culture, and looks like it was made for their facility.

A Lowell, NC facility needed new dock seals on one position—fast. DockStar sourced a heavy-duty modular dock seal kit with next-day shipping and coordinated installation with a nearby job in Gastonia, keeping everything on schedule with the same crew and minimizing downtime.

The objective is straightforward: create a clearly defined, secure area for pressurized aerosol products that supports safer day-to-day operations, cleaner organization, and controlled access—without disrupting the flow of shipping and receiving.
