In busy facilities where forklifts and pedestrians share space, the risk of serious collision is constant — hearing protection, mobile devices, and poor lighting only make it worse. The ForkliftSpotter Safe Zone system projects colored light zones around the forklift, giving pedestrians an immediate, unmistakable visual boundary of safe distance without relying on audible warnings. The system includes four components: a 360° Safe Zone light that surrounds the entire vehicle, a front white spotter, side red beam spotters that mark clearance on both sides, and a rear blue spotter that projects ahead of the forklift's path to warn pedestrians at blind intersections and rack aisles.
