Online Orders
No shipping and handling is charged to customers who are signed into their DockStarIndustrial.com account for standard ground delivery on orders. Once you have placed your order, we will calculate shipping and send you a link to accept charge or cancel your order.
Carriers
We use a variety of carriers for shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to carrier.
International and P.O. Box Orders
DockStar only accepts orders for shipments within the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders to international destinations will not be processed.
Third-Party and Manufacturer Shipped Products
When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that links to the carrier’s website.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery within 5 business days on most orders within the contiguous U.S. when your order is placed by 4:00pm local time, Monday-Friday, and may be limited or unavailable based on the shipping address. Please refer to the specific item page for estimated delivery information.
