DockStar Refunds & Returns Policy

At Dockstar, we stand behind the quality and performance of our industrial fan products. We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition, including all packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Custom-built or special-order fans are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team at orders@dockstarindustrial.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Once approved, you will receive detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Dockstar error or a defective product.
  4. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit.

Restocking Fee

  • Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • This fee may be waived if the return is due to a defective or incorrect product shipped by Dockstar.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your fan arrives damaged or proves defective under normal use:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Dockstar will arrange for repair, replacement, or return shipping at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace your product, please follow the return process and place a new order.
