PowerTec™ SD High-Performance Rubber Door
The PowerTec SD is a rubber dock door built for everyday loading dock traffic, combining tight sealing with safe, springless operation. Its low-profile guides fit space-restricted openings while minimizing air and light infiltration to help maintain dock conditions. Designed to absorb impacts and return to service quickly, it’s available up to 12′ wide x 12′ high.
Features
- Engineered with a springless design and few moving parts for low maintenance.
- Low profile side columns to fit into tight spaces.
- Thick, puncture and rip-resistant reinforced SBR rubber panel.
- Opening speed up to 18 inches per second; manually-operated model also available.
- Variable AC drive and intelligent controller reduce wear on door parts and control power consumption.
- Standard safety yellow side columns and bottom bar.
- Dual thru-beam photo eyes detect movement close to the door, activating reverse-to-open.
- Standard chain hoist for manual operation in the event of power failure.
