PowerTec™ Pro High-Performance Rubber Door

The PowerTec Pro is a low-profile industrial rubber roll-up door that fits tight spaces while delivering the durability PowerTec doors are known for. Its springless, impactable design uses fewer moving parts to reduce maintenance and help keep operations productive and efficient. Built for interior or exterior use across industrial, warehousing, transit, parking, and municipal applications, it’s available up to 18′ wide x 18′ high.

  • Engineered with a springless design and few moving parts for low maintenance.
  • Thick, puncture and rip-resistant reinforced SBR rubber panel.
  • 3.5-inch low profile side columns to fit into tight spaces.
  • Variable AC drive and intelligent controller reduce wear on door parts and control power consumption, with opening speed up to 18 inches per second.
  • Standard safety yellow side columns and bottom bar.
  • Dual thru-beam photo eyes detect movement close to the door, activating reverse-to-open.
  • Standard chain hoist for manual operation in the event of power failure.
