Sentinel Soft-Sided Shelter
The Sentinel Shelter was designed to accommodate higher dock door openings and varying truck heights. The foam sides are designed to lessen the chance of damage caused by off-center trailers and lift gates and other specialty trailer designs might be in use. The side curtains are easily removed in summer (to reduce wear) or to replace. Bottom draft pads close the gap at the bottom sides of the trailer. All in all, this is one of the most versatile and cost-efficient shelters on the market today.
Features & Options:
NF STYLE HEAD CURTAIN:
Choice of many heavy-duty fabrics, all with fiberglass stay stiffeners on top of the head curtain and Perma Pleat wear flaps on each end at truck contact points. NF (NO FOAM)
SIDE CURTAINS:
Same fabric as the head curtain with fiberglass stay stiffeners. Extra wear area on the bottom of curtains at critical truck contact points.
FOAM EDGE:
Fabric covered foam strip on the leading edge of side curtains for a snug fit against trailer sides.
GUIDE STRIPE:
18oz yellow guide stripes for accurate truck positioning. Various guide strips heights are available.
BOTTOM DRAFT CUSHIONS:
Foam filled to seal off the bottom of shelter. Independent of side curtains for an easy and economical replacement. “NO STEP” printed on the cushion.
SIDE FRAME:
Foam filled side pads, high-density full memory foam with 2” x 6” or 8” wide pressure treated backboards.
OPTION: Galvanized metal backboard

Pleats
Pleats provide extra protection on the face of the dock seal. Choice of vinyl fabric weights of 22 oz., 40oz. or Hight Tear Abrasion (HTA)
Pleats can have an exposure size of 4″, 8″ or 16″

The header is constructed with a galvanized steel pipe across the top of the curtain, along with tie-back straps hold the curtain in place. Perma Pleats with 8″ exposure come standard on the corners of the F-Series header.
