Perma Pit

The Perma Pit has two sides, a back and a front curb angle that act as a concrete form. This permanent pit form allows for a neat and clean appearance. Everything is there to form the pit to the right size which eliminates costly mistakes. The Perma Pit bolts together using six bolts which makes it quick and easy to set up, saving time and money. No time is wasted returning to the site to strip wood forms. The Perma Pit system is inexpensive as compared to the materials and labor required to form a conventional pit for a dock leveler.

Dip Galvanizing

Through our distribution partnership with Perma Tech, we offer Hot Dip Galvanizing on Permanent Pits, Curb Angles, and other steel components. Hot dip galvanizing creates a strong, corrosion-resistant bond between zinc and steel through a metallurgical reaction, forming alloy layers. This process provides a highly durable, integrated surface that significantly outperforms painted coatings, often lasting over 40 years with minimal maintenance compared to the repeated upkeep required for painted surfaces.

When Unified Resources needed to create functional office space inside an active warehouse without sacrificing valuable operational square footage, they partnered with DockStar Industrial for a fully customized prefabricated warehouse office solution.
