DockStar’s Tri-Pivot Dock Leveler

  • Offers drastically reduced welds compared to traditional steel dock levelers.
    Long the weakness of all steel bridges, broken welds can lead to catastrophic failure of a dock leveler in a matter of months if not properly monitored and repaired. The DockStar design utilizes a platform that is 80% comprised of high strength, corrosion resistant aluminum.
  • Made from aluminum and powder coated steel, DockStar dock levelers provide the ultimate standard protection against corrosion, rust and other contaminants.
  • Extruded aluminum cross members add superior flexibility while providing perpendicular strength unique to dock levelers.
  • Secondary pivot provides up to a 48″ loading platform, level to the trailer bed to support a smooth transition (flat transition, flat flow) into the trailer and to provide an enhanced loading experience with full width and full height loads.
