Innovating the Loading Dock Industry
DockStar exists to modernize an industry that’s too often treated as an afterthought. The loading dock is one of the busiest, most high-risk areas in any facility—where safety, uptime, and efficiency collide every day. We’re raising the standard with smarter equipment selection, better engineering support, and solutions designed for real-world abuse. From vehicle restraints and dock levelers to doors, seals/shelters, and accessories, we help customers build dock systems that perform consistently, reduce risk, and keep freight moving. We don’t just sell products—we help facilities operate better.

Customer Service Leveled Up
Great dock equipment matters, but great support matters more. DockStar is built around a customer-first mindset: fast response times, clear communication, and a team that owns the outcome from quote to install to service. Our regional experts work alongside contractors, facility teams, and operations leaders to simplify the process—recommendations that fit the application, accurate scopes, and follow-through you can count on.
When it’s time to install, we help coordinate the details that make projects go smoothly—confirming field conditions, aligning on schedules, and making sure the right products and information are on site when crews arrive. From first walkthrough to final commissioning, we stay involved so your dock is up and running the way it should be. And when something breaks, schedules shift, or plans change (because they always do), we stay engaged and help you get back to running at full speed.
